STRAIGHT LENGTHS
Straight lengths are generally supplied with lengths of 10ft, 12ft, 20ft and 5 meters, 5.8 meters and 6.0 meters for worldwide market as per ASTM, EN (BS), AS/NZS, and JIS standard. Shorter lengths are available to suit special requirements of other markets. Straight lengths if required, are usually supplied in the hard drawn and half hard tempers, Annealed straight lengths are also available if requested. Usually hard drawn tubes packing in bundles or master bundles, half hard temper packing in bundle or iron frame or wooden box based on customer requirement, soft annealed tubes packing in iron frame or wooden box.
PANCAKE COIL
Available in standard with lengths of 50ft, 60ft, 66ft, 100ft and 15, 18 and 30 meters for the worldwide market as per ASTM, EN (BS), AS/NZS, JIS standard. These coils are supplied in the soft annealed form and are individually sealed in a protective plastic sleeve then boxed in cartons for ease of handling.
LEVEL WOUND COILS
Level wound coils are especially suited to long production runs for industrial applications and are available in ultra-thin walls as per ASTM, EN (BS), JIS standard. Most commonly supplied in the annealed form with weight 30-50 Kgs per coil, but weight exceed 50 Kgs per coil also available. Level wound coil is often supplied in refrigeration quality and heat exchangers.
PRELAGGED COPPER TUBE
We offers a range of prelagged copper tubes which eliminate costly hand lagging, reduce heat loss, allow for expansion and contraction, and provide protection in aggressive environments
SPECIAL TUBES
We can also supply Square tubes, Rectangular tubes, Elliptical tubes and "D"tubes.
